Education

The Reynolds School District includes several elementary schools, along with Reynolds High School, in Troutdale. The Reynolds Arthur Academy is a charter school serving students in grades K-5.

Troutdale is extremely fortunate to be home to Mt. Hood Community College (MHCC), which offers a wide range of associate degrees, certification training and multiple pathways for students to transfer their credits to complete a bachelor’s degree at a university. Eligible students can utilize the Oregon Promise Grant to help pay for MHCC tuition. High school students can earn college credit through the College Now program at no cost while still in high school.


Healthcare

The Columbia View Family Health Center is a state-of-the-art healthcare facility with origins in the area dating to the 1960s as a small family-owned-and-operated clinic.CVFHC focuses on the healthcare needs of the entire family with Family Medicine board certified with an Osteopathic philosophy.

The Legacy Mount Hood Medical Center, located in Gresham just outside of Troutdae’s border, is a full-service community hospital with advanced services. It was the first location in Oregon to perform robotic-assisted total knee replacement, with that expertise extending to general, gynecological and urologic robotic-assisted surgeries.

Troutdale’s Adventist Health Primary Care Clinic offers residents access to the greater Portland Adventist Health facilities, with primary care services in-person, as well as video virtual visits and Smart Exam e-visits.
